We will cover the following during this course:
1. Front office operations within a hospitality or tourism business
2. Housekeeping operations within a hospitality or tourism business
3. Food and beverage operations within a hospitality or tourism business
4. Destination analysis within the hospitality or tourism industry
5. Travel agency and tour guiding operations
Qualification
This unit forms part of the CTH Programme in Tourism and Hospitality, on completion of all 5 Level 3 units you shall receive a CTH Level 3 Diploma is Tourism and Hospitality (UK based qualification).
Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old and must have passed Grade 10 or your GCSEs.
If you have not passed Grade 11 / GCSEs, but are over the age of 21, you may still be considered.
You must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Duration
This course can be completed in 3 months.
