The ICB Exemption Process

If a student has any registered qualifications or any part qualifications and also if a student has been working in a relevant field, they may be able to receive credit for this. There is however a procedure set out by ICB to follow.

People who are already working can attain an ICB qualification by doing a learnership, the learnership includes both theory and practical experience. The theory takes the form of ICB’s usual assessments or has your previous learning assessed by the ICB. On the practical side, a person may complete a workplace Portfolio of Evidence which is reviewed by an ICB – registered assessor.
