This programme will take you through business and financial management practices, office and legal practice, human resource management, computer literacy, global business strategy and research methods in commerce.
Each level is a learning programme and is broken down into short courses. You can choose to study course by course or enrol for a learning programme or level.
- ICB Foundation Level
This programme is the first level in the ICB Busienss Management Programme. Once you have completed this level you will have an understanding of the documentation, processing and recording of a business’s financial transaxtions. Communicate effectively with the business stakeholders. Show you know what it means to be a general manager. Cost and price products, and manage working capital and finally operate a personal computer.
The programme consists of 3 courses:
- ICB Intermediate Level
This programme is the Second level in the ICB Business Management Programme. On completion of this level you will be able to manage your diary and work schedule as a manager. Operate efficiently as a general office manager of a business. Apply marketing, law, PR and economics principlws in business. draw up and interpret financial statements and reports. Work efficiently with the HR and labour relations departments and finally apply business growth principles for local and global expansion.

4. ICB Office and Legal Practice
- ICB Advanced Level
This programme is the third level in the ICB Business Management Programme. Students completing this level will be able to work with a management informations system at a corporate level. Prepare a business for internal/external audit. Apply principles of stateguc intent and strategic thinking in a global business evironment. Apply managerial finance and control principles in a commercial environment and finally draw up and interpret financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS.
The programme consists of 12 courses being courses 1-8 listed above, plus:
