 Description

This is the fifth course in the IBS Professional Programme in Business Administration. This course is a practical course for prospective management assistants, secretaries and office administrators. A solid foundation in the administrative principles that underlie the world of business is paramount for all such individuals seeking to make a difference to their own and others’ working environment. Working effectively with others is a skill that needs to be practiced. Hence, the theoretical foundation in this course needs to be put into practice before it can truly become embedded in the character of the individual. To be a good management assistant is hard work, but extremely rewarding – especially when met with the appreciation of a senior. The management assistant is often regarded as the ‘face of the enterprise’ and is an extremely important position within the organogram of the typical business.
