Description

This course covers areas in developing a customer service strategy, managing customer relationships (CRM) and evaluating customer service in the tourism and hospitality industry.

CTH Programme in Toursim & Hospitality

Entrance requirement

Successfully completed the CTH Level 4 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, or have been granted exemptions for it.

Minimum of a Foundation degree in hospitality, tourism or business management from a UK-registered university or equivalent.

Be able to speak, read and write English.

Duration

This course can be completed in 3 months.

Assessment

You will be required to complete a final assignment for marking.

Award

This unit forms part of the CTH Programme in Tourism and Hospitality, on completion of all 7 Level 5 units you shall receive a CTH Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Tourism Management (UK based qualification) or CTH Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management (UK based qualification) depending on which stream you took.
