Welcome to the Intermediate Level
This programme is the second level in the ICB Office Administration Programme. The Senior Office Administrator can complete all the functions of the Secretary, General Office Manager, Human Resources Administrator and Labour Relations Administrator. The programme includes a study of office management techniques, human resources management and labour relations, and economics.

Certificate: Office Administration NQF L5 - Completion of the Junior Office Administrator Course
This programme can be completed in 9 months. (3 months per course avg.)
1. ICB Business and Office Administration 2
2. ICB Human Resources Management and Labour
3. ICB Economics
Each course is assessed by the ICB by means of a Portfolio of Evidence where you are required to complete Activities (assignments) and Evaluations (tests) and then complete a final summative assessment (exam) written at an ICB assessment centre. Please be sure to register for your assessment.
This programme is a national qualification. At the end of this course you will be awarded a National Certificate by FASSET.
