“I can not shorten this as I need to state the awesome service I received every step of the way. – Firstly Erica was amazing how well she handled my telephonic calls. This was already a plus point to me and the cost of your material was reasonable to – bonus point I thought! Further more she showed enthusiasm about my studies which no other college did and she not only showed tremendous amount of patience answering all my email but answered them expediously – I sent her a ton of emails asking various questions to which she maintained a high standard of professionalism and never wrote with impatience. I continued to feel that I was not just a number but someone who SACOB wanted to deal with.
Further more the emails were always professional yet friendly and made me feel like I was the most important student.
About a week later Erica not only emailed me but she called me personally to advise the material had arrived and was going to be sent out the same day – the courier would take 2 days to deliver. It was all beautifully packed and in such an adorable carry box – so nice I still have it on my desk. I am superbly impressed with the service and material I have received to date.
